Fitness Pilates

OTT Fitness Pilate is a class with a main aim to improve strength, balance and flexibility. This will improve your posture and help you identify basic postural imbalances. The class is amid at all fitness levels.

Bootcamps

OTT Bootcamp is a mix of own body weight exercises, cardio, high intensity interval and Boxercise. OTT Bootcamp classes use a variety of different equipment like Kettlebells, Hand Weights and Powerbags. The Bootcamp classes are fun and tailored to meet everyone personal ability.  You will be motivated and given technique advice thorough out your session.
