OTT Training offers Pilates and Outdoor Fitness Classes

Classes will be back in the new year 2023!

OTT Fitness Pilate class are aimed to improve strength, balance and flexibility in a relaxing enviroment. This will improve your posture and help you identify basic postural imbalances. The class is amid at all fitness levels. 

Outdoor OTT is a mix of own body weight exercises, cardio, high intensity interval and Boxercise. Outdoor OTT use a variety of different equipment like Kettlebells, Hand Weights and Powerbags. The classes are fun and tailored to meet everyone personal ability.  You will be motivated and given technique advice thorough out your session.
