OTT Bootcamp classes are a fantastic way to stay motivated and to help you reach your personal goals whether its keeping active or training for an event. All bootcamp classes OTT Training offer are suitable for all fitness levels. OTT Bootcamp classes are located outside on Hove Lawns.
OTT Bootcamp is a mix of own body weight exercises, cardio, high intensity interval and Boxercise. OTT Bootcamp classes use a variety of different equipment like Kettlebells, Hand Weights and Powerbags. The Bootcamp classes are fun and tailored to meet everyone personal ability. You will be motivated and given technique advice thorough out your session.
One off session £8
Block booking 10 sessions £65 (6 months to use)
